1、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)施工前應(yīng)組織監(jiān)理人員、施工單位技術(shù)人員對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和有關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行會(huì)審。

2、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件進(jìn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收，確保其質(zhì)量符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

3、根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)地基進(jìn)行預(yù)埋地腳螺栓連接、混凝土澆筑。

4、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)吊裝，遵循先柱后梁，先下后上，從中間到兩邊的吊裝原則。

5、對(duì)吊裝結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行校正，用吊線(xiàn)錘對(duì)鋼柱進(jìn)行校正，用墊板對(duì)出現(xiàn)歪斜的鋼柱進(jìn)行校正;用水平儀對(duì)鋼梁進(jìn)行校正，然后用千斤頂和倒鏈進(jìn)行校正。

5. Correct the hoisting structure, use the plumb bob to correct the steel column, and use the base plate to correct the skewed steel column; Calibrate the steel beam with a level gauge, and then calibrate with a jack and chain fall.

 

6、施工安全，操作者必須戴安全帽，系好安全繩，同時(shí)需要安全指揮員指揮吊裝。
